For licensing purposes, the unique users are counted separately for each application, for example:
- App 1: user1, user2 – 2 users
- App 2: user1, user3 – 2 users
- Total users for licensing: 4 users
For reporting purposes, the unique users are counted once, for example:
- App 1: user1, user2 – 2 users
- App 2: user1, user3 – 2 users
- Total unique users for reporting: 3 users.
When a user initiates an app download by pressing the “Download App” button, it is counted against the download limit, which is set as 15 downloads in average per app user in the Business plan.
